- Information you give us. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, handicap and notes about your game.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a fitting.
- To build and service your clubs, and to keep a record of your specifications so we can repeat them later.
- To keep our own records of work carried out, as any business does.
We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services we need to run the business, and only as far as necessary. That may include our website host, our email provider, and the service that delivers enquiry forms to us. Each of these processes your information on our instructions.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Our shop pages link to listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website, and their privacy policies apply, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and for our business records. Club specifications are kept so we can rebuild or repeat a set for you years later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on (214) 674-4400 or through the contact page and we will deal with it.
